In most cases, we can arrange a therapist to arrive within 60 to 90 minutes of your booking, subject to availability. For same-day appointments, we recommend booking as early as possible. Advance bookings can be scheduled for any date and time that suits your calendar.

Absolutely. We regularly provide sessions at hotels, serviced apartments, offices, and private residences across London. Our therapists arrive fully equipped with a professional massage table, premium linens, and organic oils — everything needed to create a tranquil environment wherever you are.

Without exception. Every Royal Touch therapist holds professional qualifications from accredited institutions and carries valid insurance. Our team includes members certified in disciplines ranging from ITEC and VTCT to advanced sports therapy and clinical aromatherapy. We verify all credentials before any therapist joins our team.

Booking is simple. You can use our online booking form, contact us via WhatsApp for instant communication, call us directly, or send an email. Simply let us know your preferred date, time, location, and treatment type, and we will confirm your appointment promptly.

We primarily serve central and Greater London, including all major hotels and residential areas. We can also accommodate bookings further afield on request — a small travel supplement may apply for locations outside our standard coverage zone. Please enquire for details.

Very little is required from you. Simply ensure there is a clear space of approximately 2 by 3 metres for the massage table. Your therapist will handle all setup and pack-down. We suggest having water available and wearing comfortable clothing beforehand. Everything else — table, linens, oils — is provided by us.

We understand that plans change. We request a minimum of 4 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session value. No-shows are charged at the full rate.

We accept bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and cash. Payment is typically settled at the time of booking or directly with your therapist following the session. For regular clients, we can arrange monthly invoicing upon request.

Of course. Many of our clients develop a preferred working relationship with a particular therapist, and we are always happy to accommodate specific requests subject to availability. Simply mention your preferred therapist when booking and we will do our best to arrange it.

Yes — please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or areas of particular sensitivity. This allows them to tailor the treatment safely and effectively. A brief consultation will take place at the start of every session to ensure your comfort and safety.
